April 22 (SeeNews) - The number of construction permits issued in Bosnia's Serb Republic totalled 171 in March, up 35.7% on the year, the entity's statistical office said on Monday.
The number of permits issued for residential and non-residential buildings stood at 83 in March, 9.8% lower compared to the same month of 2023, the Institute of Statistics of the Serb Republic said in a monthly report.
The number of permits for civil engineering projects rose 158.8% to 88 ones in March 2024.
The number of permits issued for dwellings fell 32.1% on the year to 355 last month.
The Serb Republic is one of two autonomous entities that form Bosnia and Herzegovina. The other one is the Federation.
