LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), June 20 (SeeNews) – Slovenian insurer Zavarovalnica Triglav [LJE:ZVTG] posted the biggest gains among the blue-chip companies on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) on Thursday, bourse data showed.
Zavarovalnica Triglav's shares closed 2.52% higher at 32.5 euro. They also generated the largest share, of 812,160 euro, of Thursday's total trading turnover on the LJSE.
The bourse's turnover rose to 2.48 million euro ($2.8 million) from 2.29 million euro on Wednesday.
The shares of pharmaceuticals producer Krka [LJE:KRKG] fell the most among the blue-chip companies on Thursday. Krka’s shares closed 0.31% lower at 63.4 euro.
The SBITOP index, which tracks the most liquid and capitalised stocks on the LJSE, closed at 889.23 points, up 0.66%.
