February 14 (SeeNews) - Insurance company Zavarovalnica Triglav [LJE:ZVTG] was the top blue-chip gainer in Wednesday’s trading session on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE), bourse data indicated.
Zavarovalnica Triglav shares closed 2.33% higher at 30.8 euro ($38.1) in a trading turnover of 4,620 euro.
The SBITOP index, which tracks the most liquid and capitalised stocks on the LJSE, rose 0.26% to 813.53 points on Wednesday. During the previous trading session, the index closed 0.84% lower.
Total trading turnover on the LJSE fell to 475,000 euro on Wednesday from 1.1 million euro on Tuesday.
Chemicals producer Cinkarna Celje [LJE:CICG] generated the day's largest turnover, of 126,550 euro.
Drug maker Krka [LJE:KRKG] fell the most among LJSE blue chips on Wednesday, closing 0.69% lower at 57.2 euro.
