March 21 (SeeNews) - The two stock indices on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) closed Tuesday's trading session higher, compared with the previous day, as Slovenia's biggest insurer Zavarovalnica Triglav [LJE:ZVTG] led the blue-chip risers, bourse data showed.
Zavarovalnica Triglav's shares went up 1.27% to 40.0 euro on Tuesday, LJSE data showed.
Chemicals producer Cinkarna Celje [LJE:CICG] was the only loser among the blue chips, as its share price fell 0.71% to 27.80 euro.
The blue-chip SBITOP index ended at 1,181.84 points, up 0.56%. The SBITOP TR index, which also tracks dividend distribution, also added 0.56% and closed at 1,494.18 points.
Drug maker Krka [LSE:KRKG] was the most traded company on the bourse, generating a turnover of 389,207 euro ($419,023). Its shares closed the session up 0.95% at 105.50 euro.
Total daily regulated market turnover came in at 865,049 euro on Tuesday, slightly down from 865,626 euro on Monday.
