March 29 (SeeNews) - The two stock indices on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) lost ground on Wednesday, as insurer Zavarovalnica Triglav [LJE:ZVTG] paced the blue-chip decliners, bourse data showed.
Zavarovalnica Triglav's shares lost 2.01% and closed at 39.0 euro on Wednesday, LJSE data showed.
At the other end, Telekom Slovenije [LJE:TLSG] led the risers, with shares advancing 0.97% to 52.0 euro.
The blue-chip SBITOP index went down 0.54% to 1,183.43 points, whereas the SBITOP TR index, which also tracks dividend distribution, also lost 0.54% to close at 1,496.19 points.
Pharmaceuticals company Krka [LJE:KRKG] generated the highest single trading turnover on the bourse on Wednesday - of 551,683 euro ($598,019). Krka lost 1.41% to 105.0 euro.
LJSE's total turnover increased 1.5 million euro on Wednesday from 1.0 million euro on Tuesday.
