April 30 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian polymer packaging producer Asenova Krepost [BUL:6AN] said that Zarneni Hrani Bulgaria [BUL:T43] has lowered its stake in the company by selling 200,000 shares at a price of 8.385 levs ($4.66/4.29 euro) per share.
Zarneni Hrani Bulgaria sold the shares on April 27 in a deal outside the Sofia bourse regulated market, Asenova Krepost said in a statement earlier this week..

Asenova Krepost shares last traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a price of 13 levs.
The 200,000 shares represent 4.66% interest in Asenova Krepost.
Last year, Asenova Krepost raised 18.9 million levs in a capital increase priced at 10.8 levs per share.
