May 28 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian polymer packaging producer Asenova Krepost [BUL:6AN] said that Zarneni Hrani Bulgaria [BUL:T43] has lowered its stake in the company by selling 78,200 shares for some 656,000 levs ($370,000/335,000).
Zarneni Hrani Bulgaria sold the shares on May 21 in a deal outside the Sofia bourse regulated market, priced at 8.385 levs per share, Asenova Krepost said in a statement on Tuesday.

The 78,200 shares represent 1.82% interest in Asenova Krepost.
As at 13:40 CET on Thursday, Asenova Krepost shares traded at 12.9 levs, unchanged from their previous closing price on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
Earlier this month, Zarneni Hrani Bulgaria sold 176,250 shares in Asenova Krepost for some 1.5 million levs.
