June 1 (SeeNews) - The share indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) closed mixed on Monday, with shipping company Atlantska Plovidba [ZSE:ATPL] pacing the blue-chip decliners, bourse data showed.
Atlantska's shares fell 3.8% to close at 177 euro.
On Friday the company said its first-quarter consolidated net loss expanded to 38.4 million kuna from a 3.8 million kuna a year earlier.
In the blue chips group, telecommunications equipment manufacturer Ericsson Nikola Tesla [ZSE:ERNT] led the pack by adding 1.61%, to close at 1,260 kuna.
Five of the ten blue chips on the ZSE closed lower on Monday, two rose and three ended flat.
Blue-chip hotel operator Valamar Riviera [ZSE:RIVP] generated the largest single portion of the daily turnover - of 3.7 million kuna, closing flat at 27.60 kuna.
The ZSE's total trading turnover dropped to 7.5 million kuna ($1.1 million/988,000 euro) on Monday from 13.6 million kuna on Friday.
The bourse's 25-share benchmark CROBEX index rose 0.07% to 1,636.51 on Monday, after gaining 0.52% on Friday.
The narrower of the ZSE's two blue-chip indices, the CROBEX10, which tracks the leading companies in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, edged down 0.02% to 1,015.61, after adding 0.87% on Friday.
The fixed-income CROBIS closed 0.05% higher at 110.4800.
