May 28 (SeeNews) - The share indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) closed higher for a fourth day in a row on Thursday, with the preferred shares of diversified conglomerate Adris Grupa [ZSE:ADRS2] leading the blue-chip winners, bourse data showed.
Adris' preferred stock closed up 2.15% at 380 kuna.
At the other end, shipping company Atlantska Plovidba [ZSE:ATPL] paced the blue-chip decliners by shedding 4.13% to close at 185.50 kuna.
Four of the ten blue chips on the ZSE closed the trading day higher, three fell, two ended flat and one did not trade.
Blue-chip hotel operator Valamar Riviera [ZSE:RIVP] generated the largest single portion of Thursday's turnover - of 868,000 kuna, with its stock price falling 1.1% to a close of 26.70 kuna.
The ZSE's total trading turnover dropped to 4.7 million kuna ($685,000/619,000 euro) on Thursday from 8.2 million kuna on Wednesday.
The bourse's 25-share benchmark CROBEX index rose 0.38% to 1,626.84 on Thursday, after gaining 0.56% on Wednesday.
The narrower of the ZSE's two blue-chip indices, the CROBEX10, which tracks the leading companies in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, was up 0.05% to 1,007.08, after adding 0.64% on Wednesday.
The fixed-income CROBIS closed flat at 110.5600.
