April 10 (SeeNews) - The Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) and the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) presented the opportunities for investment in Croatian and Slovenian companies to US-based investors at the premises of the NASDAQ in New York, the ZSE said.
The joint regional market roadshow was carried out in cooperation with investment company Auerbach Grayson and had an exceptionally good response, the ZSE said in a statement on Tuesday.
The two stock exchanges presented investment opportunities in Croatia's AD Plastik [ZSE:ADPL], Arena Hospitality Group [ZSE:ARNT], Atlantic Grupa [ZSE:ATGR], Podravka [ZSE:PODR] and Valamar Riviera [ZSE:RIVP] as well as Slovenia's Krka [LJE:KRKG], Petrol [LJE:PETG] and Zavarovalnica Triglav [LJE:ZVTG].
Croatian independent investment company Intercapital made a presentation of the Croatian and Slovenian markets and their potential, and the represented companies held more than 60 individual meetings with US-based investors.
The stock exchanges in Zagreb and Ljubljana will continue their individual and joint activities to increase investors’ interest and confidence in the capital markets of Croatia and Slovenia, the ZSE said.
