June 21 (SeeNews) - The Commercial Court in Zagreb said on Thursday it has scheduled a voting hearing on the settlement deal for Croatia's ailing Agrokor concern for July 4.
"The subject of the hearing is to vote on the settlement, agreed to by the concern's receiver and the temporary council of creditors, and published on the Commercial Court's e-newsletter on June 20," the Court said in a notice published on its website.
The Court is inviting all Agrokor's creditors, members of the temporary council of creditors and the concern's receiver to attend the hearing.
It added that all creditors whose claims have been established have the right to vote. In addition, the Court explained, creditors whose claims have been disputed will be granted the right to vote if the receiver and the attending creditors agree to it at the settlement vote hearing.
Voting will be carried out via a mobile app, m2voting, due to the large number of creditors and claimants.
If necessary, the voting hearing will continue on July 5 or July 6, the Court said.
After the settlement voting hearing is held and the settlement plan becomes effective, the implementation process iis planned to last between three and four months.
