April 7 (SeeNews) - The city of Zagreb has put up for sale four hostels and two vacation properties worth an estimated 61.5 million kuna ($8.6 million/8.1 million euro), Vladimir Nazor, a subsidiary of city-owned company Zagrebacki Holding said.
The most expensive among the assets is Zlatokrila hostel located on the Losinj island carrying a price tag of 22.4 million kuna, according to the public call published on Vladimir Nazor's website on Friday.
The seller has also listed Halugice hostel on the Krk island, Jelen hostel in south-western Skrad, as well as the Loda hostel in coastal Skradin.
The two vacation properties offered for sale are located in coastal Novi Vinodolski and in Veli Losinj and are priced at 21.2 million kuna in total.
The call is open until June 3.
Zagrebacki Holding was incorporated in 2007 and is wholly owned by the city of Zagreb. Vladimir Nazor is a company organising travel and leisure activities for children and young people.
