January 20 (SeeNews) - The main equity index of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE), the CROBEX, declined on Thursday, ending a 19-day winning streak, pushed lower by losses in Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT], food and pharmaceuticals producer Podravka [ZSE:PODR] and ICT solutions provider Ericsson Nikola Tesla [ZSE:ERNT], bourse data showed.
The 21-share blue-chip CROBEX index fell 0.33% to end at 2,205.90 points, after reaching on Wednesday its highest level since February 2017, according to ZSE data.
The narrower CROBEX10 index which is tracking the top ten companies in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, closed 0.16% lower at 1,340.73 points.
In regular trading, Hrvatski Telekom was the most liquid stock on Thursday with a turnover of 2.8 million kuna ($422,000/372,000 euro).
Podravka fell 0.57% to end at 646 kuna in a turnover of 2.3 million kuna.
The shares of Ericsson Nikola Tesla lost 1.72% to finish at 1,995 kuna in a turnover of 1.8 million kuna.
ZSE's total turnover rose to 37.9 million kuna from 10.5 million kuna on Wednesday as a result of a 23.3 million kuna block trading in shares of software developer SPAN [ZSE:SPAN].
