September 7 (SeeNews) - The Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) said it will exclude the shares of wine producer Kutjevo [ZSE:KTJV] from its main equity index CROBEX and total return index CROBEXtr and will add six companies to both indices as of September 18.
The new constituents of the CROBEX and the CROBEXtr are lender Hrvatska Postanska Banka (HPB) [ZSE:HPB], hotel operator Plava Laguna, milling company Cakovecki Mlinovi [ZSE:CKML], preferred shares of power transformers manufacturer Koncar Distributivni i Specijalni Transformatori (Koncar D&ST) [ZSE: KODT2], civil engineering company Ingra [ZSE:INGR] and shipping company Alpha Adriatic [ZSE: ULPL], the bourse said in a statement on Tuesday, following a regular revision of its share indices.
Following the revision, the CROBEX will have 20 constituents, instead of the current 15.
The bourse also decided that HPB will substitute hotel operator Arena Hospitality Group [ZSE:ARNT] in its narrower index CROBEX10, which tracks the top ten issuers in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, as well as in total return index CROBEX10tr.
The bourse will also exclude from its price index CROBEXplus and respective sectoral indices Kutjevo and preferred shares of Koncar D&ST [ZSE: KODT2] and will include HPB, Cakovecki Mlinovi, Alpha Adriatic [ZSE: ULPL], hotel operator FTB Turizam [ZSE:LRHC], port operator Luka Ploce [ZSE: LKPC] and ordinary shares of Koncar D&ST [ZSE: KODT].
Following the revision, the CROBEXplus will have 24 constituents, instead of the current 20.
The revisions shall be carried out on September 15, after the close of trading.
