December 29 (SeeNews) - The Croatian share indices rose on Tuesday amidst a decrease in total daily turnover, bourse data indicated.
The 25-share benchmark CROBEX index of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) added 0.84% to 1,689.94 points after gaining 1.21% on Monday.
The narrower of the bourse's two blue-chip indices, the CROBEX10, which tracks the leading companies in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, closed up 0.64% at 996.68.
ZSE's total turnover fell to 12.3 million kuna ($1.8 million/1.6 million euro) from 13.2 million kuna on Monday.
Hrvatski Telekom [ZSE:HT-R-A] again generated the session's biggest turnover of 1.9 million kuna, closing up 0.76% at 145 kuna.
Hotel operator Hoteli Maestral [ZSE:HMST-R-A] led the CROBEX decliners, shedding 2.76% to 282 kuna.
Shipping firm Atlantska Plovidba [ZSE:ATPL-R-A] led the CROBEX gainers, advancing 10.77% to 144 kuna.
The fixed-income CROBIS index was down 0.05% at 104.7734 points.
