May 11 (SeeNews) - The Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) [ZSE:ZB], said on Thursday it has set up an affiliate company, Adria Digital Exchange, which will be responsible for research and development of the potential for trading and management of virtual assets.
The ZSE holds a stake of 24% in the equity capital of the new company that was registered by the Commercial Court in Zagreb on May 10, the bourse said in a statement.
According to data from the court registry, the other shareholder in Adria Digital Exchange is local IT services and trading company Digital Assembly.
Tomislav Gracan, member of the management board of ZSE, and Sasa Hunjak are the two directors of the newly incorporated company.
The shares of the ZSE last traded on the bourse on May 5, ending 4.86% higher at 3.88 euro.
