May 9 (SeeNews) - The main equity indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange fell on Monday on losses in shipping company Atlantska Plovidba [ZSE:ATPL] and civil engineering company Ingra [ZSE:INGR] as turnover contracted, ZSE data showed.
The ZSE's total trading turnover plunged to 18.9 million kuna ($2.7 million/2.5 million euro) from 15.9 million kuna on Friday.
The 24-share blue-chip index, the CROBEX, dropped 0.38% to 2,102.65 points extending its decline from Friday.
The narrower CROBEX10 which tracks the top ten companies in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, ended 0.31% lower at 1,254.08 points on Monday.
Croatian distributor of fast-moving consumer goods Atlantic Grupa [ZSE:ATGR] was the most liquid stock on Monday with a turnover of 3.9 million kuna, including a block transaction of 2.3 million kuna. Its share price lost 1.83% to end at 1,610 kuna.
