ZAGREB (Croatia), January 16 (SeeNews) – The Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) said on Thursday it is delisting the shares of sugar and candy producer Termes Grupa [ZSE:IPKK-R-A].
The last trading day for Termes Grupa's shares is January 16, ZSE said in a statement.
The company said earlier that its shareholders have approved the management's plans to delist the shares on December 23.
Termes Grupa has a total of 715,090 listed shares of 100 kuna ($15/13 euro) in nominal value each.
Its stock did not trade by 11:00 CET on Thursday, after closing flat at 31 kuna on Wednesday.
Local food group Zito holds a 85.25% stake in Termes Grupa, and the company itself owns 4.35%, ZSE data showed on January 16. The remainder belongs to smaller shareholders.
