October 17 (SeeNews) - Germany's WPD Windmanager said it has taken over the operational management of the 11.5 MW Jasenice wind farm in Croatia owned by Austrian energy firm Kelag.
WPD Windmanager has been responsible for the technical management as well as for the administrative coordination and the reporting obligations for the wind farm since July 2019, it said in a statement earlier this week.

"For our newly erected wind farm Jasenice we were looking for an operational manager, which has an extensive knowledge about the requirements of the Croatian market and has a huge network of turbine manufacturers, service providers and authorities on site," the managing director of the Jasenice farm, David Huber, said in the statement.
The wind farm is located in the Jasenice village, some 40 km northeast of the Adriatic town of Zadar situated just 90 km from WPD Windmanager's technical management base in Sibenik, the company said.
WPD Windmanager also said it has under its operational management 103.3 MW of the overall 587.5 MW of wind capacity currently installed in Croatia.
