January 7 (SeeNews) - Polish real estate group GTC said on Tuesday that its Bulgarian unit has signed an agreement with the World Bank for the lease of 4,000 sq m in Advance Business Center II office building in Sofia.
The building, the second GTC office development set within Business Park Sofia, is currently in the construction phase and is due for delivery in the fourth quarter of 2020, GTC said in a statement.
“Advance Business Center II will not only be an A-class building in a recognized business location with excellent transport accessibility, it will provide a place where World Bank employees can enjoy latest technological solutions, open green spaces and common areas, specially developed with tenants’ needs in mind," Daniel Bercovich, CEO of GTC Bulgaria, said in the statement.
Advance Business Center II will consist of ten office floors with a total area of 17,000 sq m and three underground levels with 279 parking lots.
In July, the World Bank Group said it has opened a shared services centre in Bulgaria's capital Sofia, which will provide corporate and technology support to the group’s global business operations.
