CHISINAU (Moldova), January 11 (SeeNews) - The World Bank said it revised 2017 economic growth forecast for Moldova to 2.8%, down from 4% growth projected in June.
The World Bank estimates Moldova economy grew by 2.2% in 2016, up from its previous projection of 0.5% expansion, the World Bank said in its January 2017 Global Economic Prospects (GEP) report.
In 2018 and 2019, the World Bank expects Moldova's economy to expand by 3.3% and 3.7%, respectively.
