November 20 (SeeNews) - The Croatian financial regulator, Hanfa, said it has given its consent to the local unit of Sweden's Volvo Group to set up a leasing company.
The new company, to be established by Volvo Group Croatia, will be called Volvo Financial Services Leasing, Hanfa said in a statement last week.
Hanfa has also given its approval to Assya Veskova Doncheva and Igor Smolec to manage the newly established company.
