May 9 (SeeNews) - The share indices of the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE) closed mixed on Thursday, with shipbuilding company Viktor Lenac [ZSE:VLEN] leading the blue-chip gainers, bourse data showed.
Viktor Lenac shares closed 6.36% higher at 5.85 kuna.
Tourism company Valamar Riviera [ZSE:RIVP] paced the blue-chip losers, as its shares closed 2.24% lower at 39.3 kuna.
Valamar Riviera said earlier on Thursday it will distribute a dividend of 1 kuna ($0.15/0.13 euro) per share this year from retained profit achieved in 2016, up 0.1 kuna on last year's dividend payout.
Electrical equipment manufacturer Koncar Elektroindustrija [ZSE:KOEI] generated the highest trading turnover on the ZSE on Thursday - 3.8 million kuna.
ZSE's total trading turnover rose to 7.6 million kuna ($1.2 million/1 million euro), from 6.5 million kuna on Wednesday.
The 25-share benchmark share index CROBEX rose 0.19% to 1,842.68 after growing 0.05% on Wednesday.
The narrower of the ZSE's two blue-chip indices, the CROBEX10, which tracks the leading companies in terms of free float, market capitalisation and liquidity, dropped 0.12% to 1,089.02 after increasing 0.24% in the previous trading session.
The fixed-income CROBIS index fell 0.05% to 113.0323.
