May 2 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian self-managed alternative investment fund VF Alternative has applied for admission to trading on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the exchange operator said on Thursday.
VF Alternative has a registered capital of 4 million levs ($2.3 million/2.0 million euro), divided into 399 ordinary shares and 1 preference share, documents from the Sofia exchange showed.
The shares have a nominal value of 10,000 levs each.
VF Alternative was entered into the Financial Supervision Commission's list of alternative investment fund managers last month.
