July 23 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian financial leasing company Elana Agrocredit [BUL:0EA] said that it has signed deals to finance purchases of agricultural land worth some 341,600 levs ($201,800/174,700 euro) in June, an inrease of 48% on an annual comprasion basis.
Elana Agrocredit usually finances 80% of the value of the deals.
Elana Agrocredit financed the purchase of 38.3 ha of land in the sixth month of 2020, up from 31.3 ha financed in the like period of last year, the company said in a monthly bulletin published earlier this week.
Тhe company reported a net profit of 862,000 levs for the first quarter of 2020, which compares to 831,000 levs in the same period of 2019.
