December 5 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian financial leasing company Elana Agrocredit [BUL:0EA] said that it has signed deals to finance purchases of agricultural land worth some 882,000 levs ($500,000/451,000 euro) in October, down by an annual 66.4%.
The number of deals signed also decreased to 34 in October from 48 in the same month of last year, the company said in a monthly bulletin.
In terms of the size of land purchased, Elana Agrocredit financed deals for 756 decares in October, down from 2,404 decares in the same month of 2018.
As at 12:15 CET on Thursday, Elana Agrocredit shares traded 1.75% lower at 1.12 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
