July 5 (SeeNews) - US-based real estate services company CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) said on Thursday it entered the region of Southeastern Europe (SEE) by opening a fully owned office in Serbia's capital Belgrade.
CBRE already has a team of over 30 advisers in Belgrade, including eight members of the United Kingdom's Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), with extensive experience in providing a full service to our clients in the region, the company said in an e-mailed statement.
The office will provide services in Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Albania, Macedonia, Bulgaria and Serbia, CBRE said.
