April 22 (SeeNews) - US-based office automation solutions provider Hyperscience said on Wednesday that it is expanding its team in Bulgarian capital Sofia to meet increased demand for its products and services.
"We are about to achieve our goals for 2020. We are growing in every division and office, but mostly in Sofia, where out computer engineering and machine learning teams are based," Peter Brodsky, Hyperscience CEO and co-founder, said in an e-mailed statement.
Hyperscience has recorded a hefty revenue growth of over 300% year-on-year in the first quarter of 2020, Brodsky said, without giving figures for the volume of revenue.
In 2018, Hyperscience said that it plans to expand its machine learning and artificial intelligence engineering team in Sofia, following an earlier investment agreement with QBE Ventures, the venture capital arm of Australia's QBE Insurance Group. The QBE Ventures investment will strengthen HyperScience's positions in Bulgaria where the company's primary development office is based, the company said at the time.
Hyperscience, founded in 2014, helps enterprises process documents and extract valuable data. The company has teams in New York, Sofia and London.
