BUCHAREST (Romania), October 18 (SeeNews) - U.S.-based diversified global manufacturer and solutions provider Dover has opened an office for its Business Services (DBS) function in Bucharest’s Globalworth Plaza, London-listed Globalworth Real Estate Investment said on Monday.

The 1,170 sq m office will enable DBS to continue providing value-added services to Dover operating companies in the areas of finance, information technology and human resources, Globalworth said in a press release.

"We’re excited to now be a part of this community and believe our presence in this vibrant area will serve our needs very well," DBS vice-president of operations Darrin Belcher said.

Dover has a team of over 24,000 employees worldwide and annual revenue of approximately $7 billion (6.04 million). The company delivers innovative equipment and components, consumable supplies, aftermarket parts, software and digital solutions, and support services through five operating segments: Engineered Products, Fueling Solutions, Imaging & Identification, Pumps & Process Solutions, and Refrigeration & Food Equipment..

Globalworth is a listed real estate company active in Central and Eastern Europe, quoted on the AIM-segment of the London Stock Exchange. Managed by over 200 professionals across Cyprus, Guernsey, Romania and Poland, Globalworth has a combined portfolio value of 3.1 billion euro, as at June 30. Approximately 95.1% of the portfolio is in income-producing assets, predominately in the office sector, and leased to a diversified array of around 650 national and multinational corporates.
