LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), September 23 (SeeNews) – Slovenia's central bank said on Tuesday it has raised its projection for the country's economic growth in 2014 to 1.6% from 0.6% according to its previous spring forecast.
The central bank said it lowered by 0.1% its projection for the country’s gross domestic product (GDP) in 2015 to 1.3%.
The projection for the country’s economic growth in 2016 was raised by 0.1% to 1.8%, the central bank said in its macroeconomic forecasts posted on its website.
Slovenia’s gross domestic product contracted by real 1.0% in 2013, versus a 2.6% contraction in 2012, central bank data indicated.
