November 26 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian software developer Sirma Group Holding [BUL:SKK] said on Monday that it has decided to acquire the stake it does not already own in its unit Sirma Enterprise Systems for 140,000 levs ($81,000/72,000 euro) and then rename the company to Sirma AI.
Sirma Group Holding will acquire 13,902 class A shares and 2,024 ordinary shares in Sirma Enterprise Systems, it said in a bourse filing.

Sirma Enterprise Systems has a registered capital of 1.4 million levs, divided into 13,902 class A shares and 127,144 ordinary shares, all with a nominal value of 10 levs each.
Subsequently, Sirma Enterprise Systems will sign a deal with semantic technology company Ontotext majority owned by Sirma Group Holding, to acquire the commercial enterprise Ontotext for a price equal to the net value of its assets.
At the end of 2017, Ontotext's consolidated assets totalled 24.9 million levs.
Last month, Sirma Group Holding acquired a 26.06% stake in Ontotext for 4.2 million euro from private equity fund New Europe Venture Equity L.P.
As at 13:40 CET on Monday, Sirma Group Holding shares traded 0.21% lower at 0.97 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
