ZAGREB (Croatia), October 25 (SeeNews) – Croatian road construction company Viadukt reported on Thursday a rise in its nine-month net profit to 9.4 million kuna ($1.8 million/1.3 million euro) from 2.2 million a year earlier on 6.3% higher revenue and 5.6% bigger costs.
Viadukt's revenue rose to 1.0 billion kuna from 941.7 million a year realer, the company said in a non-consolidated statement to the Zagreb bourse. It did not elaborate on the reasons for its profit growth.

The domestic market generated the bulk of Viadukt's revenue. Besides roads, the company constructs residential and office buildings.
The company’s shares traded at 4,400 kuna on Thursday by 1200 GMT, slightly down from Wednesday’s close of 4,600 kuna. Viadukt is one of the 30 components of the Crobex share index of the Zagreb bourse.
