April 3 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian IT and business management consultancy Bright Consulting said on Tuesday that it has acquired local digital services company Ziross for an undisclosed price.
By acquiring Ziross, Bright Consulting now offers its clients a broader range of services as part of its portfolio of business process optimisation services, the consultancy said in a statement.

Ziross has extensive experience in the development of innovative solutions for digitalisations via the cloud platform ServiceNow, the statement reads.
"A study conducted by McKinsey&Company in 2017 shows that less than 40% of industries are digitalised," Angel Kanchev, general manager of Bright Consulting, said. "The good news is that an increasing number of companies put digitalisation among their key priorities," Kanchev added.
Following the acquisition of Ziross, Bright Consulting now has a team of over 70 experts.
Established in 2006, Bright Consulting operates in 19 countries on three continents. It has over 140 clients, including А1 Telekom Austria Group, UniCredit Bulbank, DSK Bank, Triglav Insurance Slovenia. The company has concluded over 500 projects to date.
