January 21 (SeeNews) - Bosnian closed-end investment fund Herbos Fond is offering for sale its remaining stake of 1.67% in local metal processing company Unis [SASE:UMISRK2] at an auction on January 22, the Sarajevo Stock Exchange (SASE) said on Tuesday.
Herbos is offering 43,040 Unis shares for sale at 6.05 marka ($3.4/3.1 euro) apiece, SASE said on its website.

On Monday, Herbos sold 125,920 of a total of 168,960 Unis shares it offered investors at the same price. The name of the buyer was not disclosed.
Unis's capital is divided into 2.57 million shares of 10.70 marka in par value each.
As of January 17, Mostar-based Herbos Fond was the second largest Unis shareholder, following local individual Behada Gradascevic with 90.73%, while the remainder was owned by smaller shareholders, bourse data showed.
Unis shares last traded on the SASE on October 31, closing 50% lower at 2.01 marka.
