June 14 (SeeNews) - Dutch-based multi-play and media provider United Group is combining Telemach Slovenia and Telemach Croatia into a single business cluster, managed by Telemach Slovenia CEO Adrian Jezina, it said.
With Croatia on its way to becoming a fully converged market for United Group and Slovenia already fully converged and growing in all segments, it is logical to combine the two territories under a single management, United Group said in a statement on Friday.

Under Jezina, Telemach Slovenia has become the country’s leader in broadband internet access and is one of only a few alternative operators in Europe to overtake the market’s former monopolist. Telemach Slovenia has also grown its market share in mobile communications to around 25% and is the leading provider of paid video content in the country, United Group said.
Telemach Croatia CEO Viktor Pavlinic will step down from his role by mutual agreement. Pavlinic joined United Group in 2019 when it acquired Tele2 Croatia and led the Croatian company through a rebranding, new mobile offers, introduction of fixed services.
Founded in Serbia and headquartered in Amsterdam, United Group operates in Bosnia, Croatia, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Slovenia through brands such as SBB, Telemach and United Media, and channels such as SportKlub, Nova TV and N1TV, plus a global OTT service.
