May 28 (SeeNews) - United Bulgarian Bank (UBB), a unit of Belgium's KBC Group, said that it is planning to distribute a total of 175.9 million levs ($100.6 million/89.9 million euro) as dividend for 2018.
Under the proposal, UBB will pay a gross dividend of 1.874 levs per share for last year, the lender said on Monday in an invitation for a shareholders meeting.
UBB shareholders will vote on the proposal on June 27.
Last year, UBB absorbed the other KBC Group-owned lender in Bulgaria - CIBANK.
KBC Group acquired UBB and leasing company Interlease from National Bank of Greece for a total consideration of 610 million euro in 2017.
