SOFIA (Bulgaria), December 12 (SeeNews) – Bulgarian construction company Trace Group Hold [BUL:T57] said on Tuesday its subsidiary Infra Commerce has registered a branch in Serbia.
The Serbian branch’s main activity will be wholesale trade, Trace Group Hold said in a bourse filing.
The registration of the branch is in line with Trace Group Hold’s plans to support the activities of its currently existing subsidiaries in Serbia, the filing reads.
Last month, Trace Group Hold said its consolidated net loss has narrowed to 1.3 million levs ($791,000/664,606 million euro) in the first nine months of 2017, from 6.3 million levs in the like period of 2016.
Trace Group Hold's activities include rehabilitation, reconstruction and construction of roads, highways, airports, underground stations and underground railways, ground railroads and facilities, urban infrastructure and road marking.
