December 6 (SeeNews) - UniCredit Banka Srbija, the Serbian unit of Italian banking group UniCredit, recorded a net profit of 5.3 billion dinars ($50.9 million/45 million euro) in the first nine months of 2021, down from 6.2 billion dinars in the like period of last year.
The bank's net interest income increased to 9.7 billion dinars in the first nine months of 2021, up 2.3% on the year, while net fee and commission income grew 21.1% to 3.4 billion dinars, according to data from the interim balance sheet of UniCredit Banka Srbija, posted on the website of Serbia's central bank.
The bank's loan portfolio amounted to 349.2 billion dinars, while deposits totalled 425.2 billion dinars at the end of September.
