May 22 (SeeNews) - UniCredit said on Monday its Croatian unit, Zagrebacka banka, has concluded an agreement with APS Delta, owned by Czech-based APS Holding, to sell its impaired loan portfolio with a gross book value of 450 million euro.
The portfolio is made up of fully impaired and partially impaired loans granted to corporate and private individual customers, UniCredit said in a statement.
The sale is part of the overall UniCredit Group's on-going strategy to reduce non performing exposure.
