March 5 (SeeNews) - The net profit of Croatia's Zagrebacka Banka [ZSE:ZABA], part of Italy's UniCredit Group, jumped 95.5% on the year to 2.04 billion kuna ($311.4 million/274.8 million euro) in 2018, its consolidated results published on Monday showed.
Zagrebacka Banka's net interest income edged down 1.6% to 3.414 billion kuna, while net fees and commission income grew 4.7% to 1.4 billion kuna, it said in its consolidated results published on its website.
It recorded net income from operations before impairment and other provisions of 3.01 billion kuna last year, up from 2.79 billion kuna in 2017.
Loans to financial institutions totalled 4.2 billion kuna, while customer loans amounted to 81.7 billion kuna. Total deposits increased to 109.1 billion kuna from 97.9 billion kuna.
Zagrebacka banka Group is consisted of ten subsidiaries and employed 5,326 workers at the end of 2018.
