February 25 (SeeNews) - UK-based Clodehill Ltd. is seeking approval to acquire 100% of Bulgarian coal mining company Min Industry, the Commission for Protection of Competition (CPC) said on Tuesday.
The transaction is not expected to affect the coal mining market in Bulgaria, the CPC said in a notice.

Interested parties can submit their statements regarding the deal within seven days after the publication of the notice, the competition watchdog said.
London-based Clodenhill Ltd. has been a dormant company ever since its establishment in 2015, according to Companies House, the U.K. registrar of companies.
Min Industry, based in the Bulgarian town of Pernik, is mainly active in the mining and trade in lignite, according to Bulgarian commercial register data.
