March 6 (SeeNews) - UAE-based Al Dahra Agricultural Company plans to invest 15 million euro ($16.9 million) in its Serbian subsidiary Poljoprivredna Korporacija Beograd (PKB) by the end of April, Serbian media reported.
Under the agreement for privatisation of PKB signed with the Serbian government in 2018, Al Dahra should invest 30 million euro in the company in the next three years, Tanjug news agency quoted the managing director of the Serbian unit of Al Dahra, Vojin Lazarevic, as saying on the sidelines of the Kopaonik Business Forum on Tuesday.

"I really believe that in the next two to three years we will return the old glory to PKB," Lazarevic said.
In October, Serbia signed a contract for the sale of PKB to Al Dahra. which won the tender for acquisition of PKB held in September with its 105.05 million euro cash offer for the assets of the company.
