April 20 (SeeNews) - North Macedonia's securities and exchange commission (SEC) said on Wednesday it gave the green light to two shareholders of local insurance broker SN Osiguritelen Broker to launch a joint takeover offer for the remaining 24.9762% stake in the company they do not already own.
The takeover bid for a total of 6,816 voting shares values each share at 4,761 denars ($83.6/77.2 euro), the SEC said in a statement.

The two shareholders, Hristo Kondovski and Zoran Pejcinovski Kondovski and Pejcinovski currently own 20,466 shares among themselves, representing a 74.9945% stake in SN Osiguritelen Broker, SEC said.
Bitola-based SN Osiguritelen Broker was established in 2014. It currently employs 106 people, according to its website.
