August 19 (SeeNews) - Twenty candidates are competing in a 6.9 million levs ($3.9 million/3.5 million euro) tender for providing supervision services in the project for construction of 54.3 km of Vidin-Ruzhintsi road, in nothwestern Bulgaria, the Road Infrastructure Agency said.
The tender is divided into three lots. The price doesn't not include VAT.
The highest-priced lot, from Vidin to Makresh with an estimated value of 3.8 million levs and 29.6 km in length, has attracted offers from seven consortia and Patinvest Engineering company running on its own, RIA said in a statement on Friday.
The second lot, from Makresh to Bela, is 13.6 km in length and has an estimated value of 1.7 million levs. It has attracted 6 offers - from companies Trafik Holding, Ruteks, Patinvest-engineering and Transconsult - BG and from two consortia, including TEK-Kuatro and Strol-1000; Patconsult and NR Consult.
The third lot, from Bela to Ruzhintsi, is 11.1 km in length and has an estimated value of 1.4 million levs. Six candidates have submitted bids to provide construction supervision services for that lot.
The Vidin-Ruzhintsi section is part of the road connecting Vidin, on the Danube river, to Botevgrad some 60 km east of Sofia.
RIA said last week its 460 million levs tender for the construction of the Vidin-Botevgrad road has attracted 17 bids.
