November 29 (SeeNews) - Radio and TV transmission services provider NURTS Bulgaria [BUL:NUHA] said on Thursday that its consolidated net profit fell to 4.6 million levs ($2.7 million/2.3 million euro) in the January-September period of this year from 7.3 million levs in the same period of 2017.
The company's operating revenue edged down to 31.9 million levs in the first nine months of 2018 from 32.6 million levs in the comparable period of 2017, NURTS Bulgaria said in an interim financial statement.
NURTS Bulgaria's operating expenses totalled 26.8 million levs in the review period, up from 24.6 million levs in the like period of last year, as amortisation costs increased to 7.9 million levs from 5.2 million levs the year before.
NURTS Bulgaria is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bulgarian Telecommunications Company (BTC), which operates under the Vivacom brand.
