ISTANBUL (Turkey), October 20 (SeeNews) – Turkish defence company Aselsan [BIST:ASELS] said it has signed a $102.5 million (80.3 million euro) agreement regarding the Gendarmerie Integrated Communication and Information System (JEMUS) project – a public safety communication project – with the General Command of Gendarmerie of the Turkish Armed Forces.
The deliveries within this context will be made in 2015-2017, Aselsan said in a bourse filing on Friday without disclosing further details.
Aselsan is a subsidiary of the Turkish Armed Forces Foundation. It develops and makes software, equipment, systems and platforms for the army, navy, air force and aerospace industries in Turkey.
