SARAJEVO (Bosnia and Herzegovina), June 13 (SeeNews) – Turkey's Kirlioglu Kimya Sanayi Ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi has acquired an additional 12.4028% stake in Bosnia's detonators manufacturer Pobjeda Rudet Gorazde, the company said on Wednesday.

The Turkish company purchased 39,879 shares in Pobjeda Rudet on the Sarajevo bourse on June 12, the company said in a bourse filing.

Prior to the move, Kirlioglu Kimya Sanayi Ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi held a 73.5% stake in the company, according to information posted on the bourse.

In July 2015, the Turkish company acquired a 53.2% stake in Pobjeda Rudet.

Pobjeda Rudnik produces electro-detonators and mining detonators among other products.

The Federation is one of the two entities that form Bosnia. The other is the Serb Republic.
