November 21 (SeeNews) - Turkish bank Yapi Kredi [BIST:YKBNK] said on Thursday it has decided to sign an agreement for a 350 million euro ($471 million) subordinated loan, or its equivalent in U.S. dollars, with UniCredit Bank Austria.
The pricing of the 10-year loan will be determined based on market conditions on the date of the signing the agreement, Yapi Kredi said in a statement.
