May 22 (SeeNews) - Turkey's Ericom Telekomunikasyon ve Enerji Teknolojileri [BIST:ERICO] said on Wednesday its shareholders agreed to sell a 28.14% stake in the company to local firm Tumer Tarim Hayvancilik for 6.5 million Turkish lira ($3.5 million/2.7 million euro).
Under the share transfer agreement, Tumer Tarim will acquire 1.5 million Ericom Telekomunikasyon shares from three company shareholders, Ericom Telekomunikasyon said in a filing to Borsa Istanbul.
