May 14 (SeeNews) - Turkish construction company TAV Insaat won a $400 million (307 million euro) contract to design and build a terminal at the King Khaled Airport in Saudi Arabia, one of TAV Insaat's shareholders said on Tuesday.
TAV Insaat has to design and build the terminal in 18 months, Turkish diversified holding company Akfen Holding [BIST:AKFEN], which holds 21.7% of TAV Insaat, said in a statement to Borsa Istanbul.
The other shareholders in TAV Insaat are France's Aeroports de Paris Group with a 49% stake, and local companies Tepe Holding and Sera Yapi Endustrisi ve Ticaret, which own 24.2% and 5.1%, respectively.
